Demolition 12 ft X 24 ft Rectangular deck. We are just removing the trex deck boards because they are warped and incorrectly installed. these are all screwed down with deck screws, not the hidden type. They left no space between the deck boards. I don't want the pressure treated lumber frame demolished or damanged. several T15 or T20 bits will be needed. We can also cut the screws if they don't pull. The deck rebuild will happen two days later because I want a day inbetween to tinker with some issues like moisture and drainage and intrusion by moles etc.
