Are there really no commissions or lead fees?
Right. The membership is the whole cost. Nothing is taken out of the jobs you do, and you never pay to see a request or send an offer.
What can I do with a free profile?
Make your profile and your page, post clips of your work, and be listed in your town's directory. Offering on requests and messaging neighbors first take a membership.
Why might my first week or month cost less?
We're trying a few ways to start, like a lower first month or a first week that costs less. The app shows your exact price and the day the full $29.99 starts before you pay anything.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. It's monthly with no contract, and you can cancel from your account settings.
How do I get paid?
Directly by the homeowner, however you both agree: cash, Venmo, Zelle or anything else. GigNGo never sits between you and your money.
Does the membership mean GigNGo vouches for me?
No. It means you pay for a membership, nothing more. It isn't a background check or a rating of your work. What neighbors go on is your clips, your reviews and the people who vouch for you.
Do homeowners pay anything?
No. Posting a request, messaging locals and hiring are free for homeowners.
